Terms & Conditions
1. Booking Arrangements. In order to avoid disappointment we invite
you to make your booking as early as possible and to secure it with
a £50 deposit, payable to Science Boffins Ltd. The balance is
payable not later than two weeks before the party date. Payments non-refundable
but will try to accommodate date/time changes if necessary.
2. You will be given in advance the name and mobile phone number of
the Boffins attending your party. If you have any concerns on the day,
do not hesitate to call the Boffin if the office is closed. Boffins
have to keep to a time schedule and appreciate your guests being ready
at the appointed time.
3. You are requested not to provide food or drink during the presentation
and to encourage the children not to wander off to any other attractions
that may be present.
4. All adults are most welcome to sit in on the presentation, but a
minimum of one present at all times, please.
5. Our Privacy Policy is to collect only the information that you supply
us on the booking form or the contact form or over the telephone. This
information is never divulged to any third parties. It is used solely
for the purpose of informing you about our services and the performance
of any event that you book. Should you require that we delete any information
held, please e-mail Admin@ScienceBoffins.com. This e-mail address is being
