Claire | Boffins

Boffin Claire lives in Cambridge and is 3/4 Greek. When not doing parties for Science Boffins she runs her own company selling Greek Educational Children's Products. Claire loves acting and singing and wishes she'd discovered them earlier. She first performed in 2005 in West Side Story at The Cambridge Corn Exchange, and has since gone on to perform roles in all subsequent summer productions there including Annie The Musical and The King and I. She is a member of Sawston Players and has performed with them and helped backstage in numerous One Act and
Three Act Drama Festivals. In 2007, she received a nomination for Best Supporting Actor/Actress at the Sawston Drama Festival, something she is very proud of. In August 2007, Claire made her Edinburgh Fringe debut in a new musical production based on Mary Shelley's Frankenstein called
Joined At The Heart. As well as her roles as both Caroline Frankenstein and Sarah, she was actively involved in the publicity and marketing of the production. In December 2007 Claire did a 5 week professional pantomime tour of Cinderella. Being only a cast of 3, Claire played Gertrude the Ugly Sister, the Fairy Godmother and Prince Charming!
